EDUTAINMENT APPS

Edutainment is a term first used in the 1980s; a blend of ‘Education’ and ‘Entertainment’. It refers to games and apps that use game design techniques to teach skills and knowledge. At SPADES INTERACTIVE, we use the term edutainment in favour of ‘Gamified Learning’, because we reject the simplicity of solutions that ‘Gamified Learning’ has come to denote.

Edutainment apps are perfect when you need an immersive experience for learners who are willing to invest their time for fun and a challenge. We design apps for web, mobile, and desktop.
